Walk-in FAQ

Q. What is C.A.R.E.S?
We recognize how difficult and stressful it can be to keep track of your child(ren) in a playground environment. The Child Access and Restrictive Exiting (C.A.R.E.) System is designed to assist parents in keeping children safe and on-site.

When a parent/adult enters Kangaroo Jac's, they are given a wristband with a unique numeric value. All children in their care are also given a wristband with the same value. Once a wristband is placed on a child, the child is not allowed to leave without the consent of the adult to which they were assigned. A Kangaroo Jac's employee is positioned at the front door to ensure this program is enforced.

In the event a child is attending a party, all attendees of the party are provided the same value on their wristbands to allow for flexibility between parents and children (One parent might bring a child, but not stay for the entire party. A child might be leaving with another parent for a sleepover, etc).

Q. Can we walk in anytime?

A. Yes! Open Bounce is available everyday but please check individual locations for actual hours of operation. There’s no need to schedule a time (We suggest large groups call ahead)—just stop by and slide, bounce, climb and laugh.

Q. Do you offer group or discount rates?
A. Absolutely! Take advantage of our “Bounce Pass” to reduce the price of regular admission by 40%. The Bounce Pass lets you purchase 10 visits for $50. This is only available to walk-in customers and does not apply to groups. We also offer Group rates for camps, school groups and other large parties.

Q. What should the kids wear?
A. Socks are required for every person who plays on the inflatables. If someone forgets their socks, don’t worry, we sell socks at our concession/gift counter. We recommend clothing that will cover the skin (long sleeves, pants, etc) for more effective sliding. Please note that Nylon-type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Any clothing or jewelry that runs the risk of scratching/puncturing the inflatables will not be allowed in the Bounce Area.

Q. Can Adults play on the inflatables?
A. YES! Adults are allowed to escort smaller children (less than 40 inches), for a fee, and are encouraged to assist their children in following the safety rules. Parents must wear socks and are also required to sign a waiver if they plan to participate on the inflatables.

Q. Are the inflatables safe for infants?
A. NO. Children under 2 should not be on the Open Bounce arena inflatables. We do have a toddler area, separated from the rest of the arena, which has its own bouncer. Parents are welcome to accompany little ones onto this inflatable.

Q. Can we bring Food into Kangaroo Jac’s?
A. Sorry, outside food is not allowed in Kangaroo Jac’s. Please contact us to discuss special dietary needs.

Q. Can we call ahead to place a food order for our kids or group?
A. Yes, you can call in advance and order pizza and/ or other food options to be ready when you arrive or for a pre-designated time for lunch (orders should be placed at least 2 hours prior to desired delivery time).
