What is C.A.R.E.S?

We recognize how difficult and stressful it can be to keep track of your child(ren) in a playground environment. The Child Access and Restrictive Exiting (C.A.R.E.) System is designed to assist parents in keeping children safe and on-site. When a parent/adult enters Kangaroo Jac's, they are given a wristband with a unique numeric value. All children in their care are also given a wristband with the same value. Once a wristband is placed on a child, the child is not allowed to leave without the consent of the adult to which they were assigned. A Kangaroo Jac's employee is positioned at the front door to ensure this program is enforced. In the event a child is attending a party, all attendees of the party are provided the same value on their wristbands to allow for flexibility between parents and children (One parent might bring a child, but not stay for the entire party. A child might be leaving with another parent for a sleepover, etc).

Are we allowed to bring food into your facility?

We have exclusive arrangements with our pizza vendors. Therefore, pizzas may only be ordered through us. Beverages must also be purchased from us. Cakes may be purchased from us for your convenience (must be ordered in advance), or you are welcome to bring your own cake and cupcakes if you have a birthday party scheduled. We cannot permit customers to bring their own other food. We have many delicious, freshly prepared snacks at our snack bar, right in the lobby. Much like a movie theater, we do not permit customers to bring in outside food. Our snack bar has hot items like hot dogs, chicken tenders, french fries, jalepeno poppers, pizza, corn dogs, wings, nachos, and much more! We also sell ice cream, chips, crackers, granola bars, pudding, etc. However, if you really want to cater your own party, we will allow you to bring in as much of your own food as you desire (pizza and beverages excluded) for use in your party room for a one-time fee of $29.99. (You must have a birthday party booked to bring in your own food.) Please contact us to discuss special dietary needs.

Can Adults play on the inflatables?

YES! Adults are allowed to escort smaller children (less than 40 inches), for a fee, and are encouraged to assist their children in following the safety rules. Parents must wear socks if they plan to participate on the inflatables.

Can we walk in anytime?

Yes! Open Bounce is available every day. There is no need to schedule a time (We suggest large groups call ahead)—just stop by and slide, bounce, climb and laugh.

Are the inflatables safe for infants?

NO. Children under 2 should not be on the Open Bounce arena inflatables. We do have a toddler area, separated from the rest of the arena, which has its own bouncer. Parents are welcome to accompany little ones onto this inflatable.

Can we call ahead to place a food order for our kids or group?

Yes, you can call in advance and order pizza and/or other food options to be ready when you arrive.

What should the kids wear?

Socks are required for every person who plays on the inflatables. If someone forgets their socks, don’t worry, we sell socks at our concession/gift counter. We recommend clothing that will cover the skin (long sleeves, pants, etc) for more effective sliding. Please note that Nylon-type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Any clothing or jewelry that runs the risk of scratching/puncturing the inflatables will not be allowed in the Bounce Area.

Do you offer group or discount rates?

Absolutely! Take advantage of our “Bounce Pass” to reduce the price of regular admission by 40%. The Bounce Pass lets you purchase 10 visits for $55. This is only available to walk-in customers and does not apply to groups. We also offer Group rates for camps, school groups and other large parties.

How many guests can I invite to my party?

Invite as many or as few as you wish! (We charge for a minimum of 9 players, but it's OK to host a party with less than 9 kids.) Children under 10 years of age may participate in the party and bounce. Adults are welcome to attend -- but you will not be charged for any adults. (Of course, food is not provided for adults. You can order extra pizzas for the parents -- or they can purchase their own snacks at our concession stand.) Parents can sit in the center area of the bouncing arena or hang out in our grown-up area and talk with other parents, surf the internet, watch TV or read a book.

What is the age limit of participants?

Children 10 and under with a height less than 60 inches may participate on the inflatables. Parents can join younger children (under 40 inches) on inflatables for an additional fee. We do have inflatables for the under 2 crowd and parents may join children 2 and under on the inflatables (possible fee may apply).

Are my guests required to sign a waiver?

We do not require a signed waiver. With that said, all playgrounds, and bounce houses, have inherent risks to the children and adults who participate. We do not accept liability for injuries. Adults are required to supervise and otherwise ensure the safety of the minors in their care. Click here for our posted Conditions of Play.

Do you have balloons or ice cream?

Yes we have several additional party options available, including balloons and ice cream. All additional items are listed on the party package page. You can also purchase these and other items in our concession area or include them in your party package when speaking with your party planner. Simply let your party planner know what additional items you would like when making your initial reservation or at final headcount.

Can I bring my own food?

You may bring the cake (don’t forget your candles), but other outside food and beverages are not allowed. We have plenty of delicious stuff at our concession stand!

When do I place my food order?

You can place your food order when you make the reservation or at final head count. We need a final head count 72 hours prior to your party to ensure the food you’ve ordered is delivered on time. If you need to make adjustments after the final head count, please be aware that this could delay the delivery of food.
